How do you follow up a game like Diablo II? It holds something of a legendary status in the gaming world. Even twelve years after its original release, the game still has a massive following and is regularly played by thousands on Blizzard's Battle.net service.

The game will automatically update to version 3.1 via the game launcher. In case of any problems with the automatic patching system, you can download the file manually.

Patch 1.4 is now live. It is now available on Steam as well.

Twenty years have passed since the Prime Evils were defeated and banished from the world of Sanctuary. Now you must return to Tristram and investigate rumors of a fallen star, an omen that the End Times have begun.

We want to thank everyone reading this for playing our game and supporting all it tries to do. We wouldn’t have this success without you, and we want you to know we’re committed to making your Skyrim experience even better. And not just in the short term, but over the life of the game. Here’s a quick peek at what we’re working on right now:

In the seventh installment of the Ultima series you — the Avatar — must go back to Britannia and investigate a series of strange events. Two hundred years have passed since your last visit and much has changed since then. An unknown being who calls himself the Guardian has appeared and is forcing everyone to bow to his whims. In addition magic doesn't work as it should, it seems that all of the mages have gone insane, and quiet towns are being terrorized with ritualized murders. It is unclear what is happening, but initial signs point to some kind of organization called the Fellowship. It is up to you to unravel the mystery and find out what is really going on in Britannia.

Today we’ve begun rolling out Skyrim’s 1.2 update for PlayStation 3 (labeled 2.01 on PSN). The update is already available for users in Europe and we will let you know as soon as it’s up in North America. Our current ETA for Xbox 360 and PC players is this Wednesday, November 30th.

So what does the new update cover? Details below…

Dragon Shouts can be unlocked by collecting their related Words Of Power. In order to learn the Dragon Shouts, you must find the ancient tablet wall that will teach you the Dragon Words. In each of the shouts there are three words and each of them can be learned. If you learned the three words you can combine them to make a more powerful shout.

Skyrim is big. You just won’t believe how vastly, hugely, mind- bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it’s a long way down the road to the chemist’s, but that’s just peanuts to Skyrim. And that amazing sprawling landscape isn’t just boring, empty space. It’s full of of interesting people, vast structures, and a cornucopia of stuff to make the world come alive.

There are twenty-four Stones of Barenzah. When you find one, it starts the quest, No Stone Unturned. After you have acquired one Barenziah Stone, you can get it appraised by Vex at the Ragged Flagon in Riften. You may have to be a full member of the Thieves Guild before she will speak to you.
